Hugues Favin Lévêque

After 30 years working in various Aerospace public institutions (Eumetsat, ESA) large private companies (Airbus) and New Space start up (Constellation Technologies & Operations), on different space system studies, space programmes and space based services initiatives in telecomunication ( Arabsat 2A, Thaicom 1A, Sirus2, Satcom BW2, EDRS, ESSCS), earth observation (Metop, Earthcare) and navigation (Galileo, EGNOS), I founded Fresnel Alliance with the ambition to contribute to New Space intiatives at European and global level.

We endeavour to mobilise the technical, industrial and financial stakeholders (public and private) required to build deploy and operate space based infrastructure and deliver innovative and affordable services.

We also undertake to help on the development of critical technologies enabling valuable services from space. These would include Software Defined Radio, Electronically Steerable Antennas, optical communication applied to various space based use cases.

Our field of support can span from constellation system design and sizing (LEO/MEO/GEO) for telecom, navigation or earth observation infrastructure, to elementary techno brick prototyping, demonstration or development as required according to project phase.
